Aor iske sath sath main apko kuch tips bhi doonga jinko follow karke sirf 1 month ke andar boht sii changes mehsoos karenge. Apka jism ik duble patle jism se healthy jism ki taraf move karta hua dikhai dega . Kele theek tarah se jism me hazam nahi hota isko hazam karne ke leay aapny Alaichii Ka istimaal karna Hai sub se pehle ap ne subah nihaar muh (khali pet) 2 kele aor 1 Glass doodh ka le kar usko grander me mix kar lena Hai aor is me 10 graam Kishmish (Raisin) bhi daal le aor in sb ko achi tarah grand karke Milk shake bana kar Piii le aor agar apke pass grander nahi Hai to 2 kele kha kar uske bahd 1 galass doodh pii le. Ab milk shake ko peene ke 10 mint bahd aapne 2 Alaaichi khani hain Yeh alaaichi is Banana shake ko proper apke jism me hazam karegi. Milk shake peene ke 1 ghanty bahd aap Naashta(Breakfast) kare. Phir Breakfast karne ke 1 ghanty bahd aapne Moong khani hai.

aapne 50 garam Moong lay kar usko kisi bartan me Pani daal kar bhigo de is tarah daal naram ho jayegi aor subah Breakfast ke bahd ya Lunch se kuch time pehle us Moong ki daal ko kisi kapre se chaan kar pani nikaal lena Hai aor usko kha Lena Hai. 
Shaam ko aapne 2 ande (eggs) khane hain aor phir khana khane ke bahd yani dinner ke bahd aapne 1 galass Doodh peena Hai sone se pehle Yeh hamare poore din ka shadool hoga 

Kuch important Tips : 

1:Khana khane se pehle paani pii le 
2:khana khane ke doraan bhi pani pii sakte ho par khana khane ke bahd pani hargiz nahi peena 
3:jo khana aap daily 3 time khate ho usko 4 se 5 baar thora thora karke khana Hai take woh khana achi tarah hazam ho jaye.
4:har 2 ghante bahd ap kuch na kuch zaroor khao 
5:khana khane ke bahd aapne Tea ya coffee ka istimaal nahi karna 
6:smoking nahi karni kyu ke smoking health ke leay dangerous Hai
7: Aapne daily koi naa koi Physical exercise zaroor karni Hai
Aap Jim kar sakte ho,jogging kar sakte ho,Running kar sakte ho jo bhi  apko acha lage.
