Phir Breakfast karne ke 1 ghanty bahd aapne Moong khani hai.

3:jo khana aap daily 3 time khate ho usko 4 se 5 baar thora thora karke khana Hai take woh khana achi tarah hazam ho jaye.
4:har 2 ghante bahd ap kuch na kuch zaroor khao 
5:khana khane ke bahd aapne Tea ya coffee ka istimaal nahi karna 
6:smoking nahi karni kyu ke smoking health ke leay dangerous Hai
7: Aapne daily koi naa koi Physical exercise zaroor karni Hai
